About Your Banner
Each banner is 100% hand-painted and freehand — no stencils or printing. The example photos show previous work; your design will be unique to your event.Available lengths: 3ft–6ft (custom sizing available upon request).

Design Proofs
A digital mock-up will be sent at least 10 days prior to your event date for approval. Once your mock-up is sent, the painting process begins — orders can’t be cancelled or refunded at that point.
Timeline & Rush Orders
Please order at least 2 weeks before your event to allow for design and painting time.
Need it sooner? Add the corresponding Rush Order Listing to your orders for due dates within 1 or 2 weeks. Rush orders ensure faster turnaround and priority processing.
Shipping & Delivery
All banners are shipped via UPS Ground (2–3 day delivery) from Texas 5–8 days before your event date, regardless of order date. Each banner is rolled and packed securely in a sturdy shipping tube for protection.
If your package arrives damaged, please email paintedtoparty@gmail.com with photos so we can file a claim together. Once approved, I’ll issue a partial store credit toward your next order.
Refund Policy
Because every banner is custom-made and hand-painted, refunds and cancellations are not accepted. However, I always want you to love your experience — if there’s an issue, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
